I have the honour to state in
reply to Your Lordship's Despatch No. 16 of the 14th. of
last January that I recommend, subject to Your Lordship's
approval, that a grant of £50 should be made to the mother
of the late Lance-Sergeant H. A. Mills out of the vote for
Charitable Allowances in this year's estimates and that
the Crown Agents should be instructed to make payment
accordingly.
